Wild Dining
Each spring we host our signature Wild Dining evenings beneath the blossom-laden rhododendrons and surrounded by carpets of bluebells. A multi-course feast is prepared over open flames, showcasing foraged ingredients and estate-grown produce. Long tables, flickering candlelight, and curated wine pairings create an atmosphere that is equal parts rustic and refined.
Guided Foraging
Join our resident forager on an immersive ramble through hedgerows, meadows, and woodland as you learn to identify wild edibles and medicinal plants. After a morning of gathering, return to Park Lodge for a relaxed, fire-cooked lunch using your discoveries — an experience for both body and mind.
Tasting Evenings

Cocktails & Clays
Cocktails & Clays is our introduction to the quintessential country pursuit of clay pigeon shooting, set in front of the Lodge with views over the park. Designed for all levels, from complete novices to confident shots, the experience begins with expert one-to-one tuition to help you master the art of shooting with both safety and style. Once the final clay has shattered, guests gather for a well-earned round of seasonal cocktails and canapés; the perfect blend of countryside tradition and relaxed indulgence.
